The clients’ responsibility to provide a correct and valid full name in English as well as a mobile telephone number (incl. International code) at the time of the booking.
The information used for booking tours on this web site will only be used internally and will not be shared with any third party. All legal measures of protection regarding systems, files, and all data have been implemented.
Through this reservation system, the end user can book and pay his/her tours in Mykonos.
Credit Card: A valid credit card Visa, MasterCard or American Express is required for any type of booking.
Loss, Damage or Theft. Mykonos Transportation will not be held responsible for any property loss, this includes loss, damage or theft to any luggage or personal belongings.
Illegal Substance Policy. If at any time during any trip, our driver suspects the presence of illegal substances he is required to terminate the trip immediately. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
Cleaning Fees or Damages. Deliberate damage to the interior or exterior of any vehicle will be charged at the cost of restoration, plus the cost for the days the vehicle is been repaired.
Parking fees and other requests are charged directly to the clients.

CANCELLATION: Passenger(s) have up to 7 days prior to their scheduled tour to contact and to send a cancellation request by email. Only then a booking cancellation is qualified for a refund. Note that only half of the amount will be returned minus any bank fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled. Rescheduling a tour must be requested prior to your scheduled pick-up time and fees may apply.
NO SHOW: If passenger(s) are not present or on time for their scheduled pick-up time they will be considered a “No Show”. If passenger(s) cannot locate their driver, they are required to contact our office to avoid being considered a “No Show.” “No Shows” are non-refundable.

Online reservation procedure
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
Data given automatically:
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Data given from other sources
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
Data we share with others
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
